The Berlin collective transforms 11 classic tracks with their signature mix of live instrumentation, electronic flourishes and deep groove sensibilities. From the Afrobeat-inspired horns of Lyman Woodard Organization's 'Creative Musicians' to the hypnotic, polyrhythmic reinvention of 'Root in 7\/4 Plus', every track brims with life thanks to the improvisational flair. Sean Haefeli's smoky, urgent vocals add a Gil Scott-Heron-like edge, while Jazzanova's arrangements feel simultaneously faithful and forward-thinking. A rare reissue that's both a history lesson and a party in its own right.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"kingslandrecords","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":60193992966478,"sku":null,"price":30.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":false}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/1058\/3474\/2094\/files\/e1ea5f_8a2496505c2c43339f04c8befe341f95_mv2.jpg?v=1784733792","url":"https:\/\/www.kingslandrecords.com\/products\/dj-amir-presents-strata-records-the-sound-of-detroit-vol-2","provider":"Kingsland Records","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
