"Technical Ecstasy" is the seventh studio album by Black Sabbath, released in 1976, and it marks a notable shift in the band's sound. It sees them experimenting with a more polished production and incorporating elements of glam and synth music while still retaining some of their heavier roots. The album explores a wider range of styles, including hard-hitting tracks like "Back Street Kids", the ballad "It's Alright" (featuring vocals by Bill Ward), and the funk-influenced "All Moving Parts (Stand Still)". While some fans and critics found it a departure from their earlier work, it offers a unique glimpse into Black Sabbath's evolving style and the creative tensions within the band at the time.
