Abbey Road is the eleventh studio album by The Beatles, released in 1969 on Apple Records. Recorded at EMI Studios in London and produced by George Martin, the album represents one of the band’s most polished and sonically advanced works.

The record features a blend of rock, pop, and progressive studio experimentation. Standout tracks include “Come Together,” “Something,” and “Here Comes the Sun.” Side Two is particularly notable for its seamless medley of interconnected songs, culminating in “The End.”

The album’s iconic cover image—depicting the four members crossing the zebra crossing outside Abbey Road Studios—has become one of the most recognisable images in music history.

Abbey Road is widely regarded as one of the greatest and most influential albums of all time and remains a cornerstone of The Beatles’ catalogue.
