Where we ship and what it costs

We post from London to the UK and most countries worldwide. Checkout shows whether we can deliver to your address. Shipping is one flat charge per order, however many records you buy:

• United Kingdom: £4.99, or free on orders of £150 or more
• France: £9.99
• Rest of the world: £14.99

Dispatch and delivery

Your records are packed at our shop and posted once payment has gone through. We'll email you when your order is on its way. Delivery times depend on the destination and the postal service, so they're estimates rather than guarantees.

Customs and import charges

Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import VAT, duties or handling fees by the destination country. These aren't included in our prices or shipping charge and are paid by the recipient.

If something goes wrong

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If your order hasn't arrived, or arrives damaged, email info@kingslandrecords.com with your order number (and photos of any damage) and we'll put it right.

For returns, see our Refund policy.
