1. Who we are

Kingsland Records is run by KINGSLAND ITES LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14948344). Registered office: 52 Boleyn Road, London N16 8JP. Email info@kingslandrecords.com or call +44 (0)7417 513923.

These terms apply when you buy from this website, together with our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy.

2. Our records

Many of our records are second-hand and most are single copies. We describe each record as accurately as we can; where a listing gives a condition, it describes the copy you'll receive. If you need more detail before buying, please ask.

The same stock is sold in our shop and online. If a record sells in the shop at the same moment you order it, we'll let you know and refund you in full.

3. Orders

After you order we'll email to confirm we've received it. Your order is accepted when we dispatch it. If we can't supply a record, or it was listed at the wrong price, we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any VAT that applies. Shipping is added at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

5. Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. Records are your responsibility once they've been delivered to you.

6. Cancellations and returns

If you're a consumer, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it; our Refund policy explains how to return records and how refunds work. If a record is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

7. Your account

You can check out as a guest or sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email account secure, as anyone who can read it can sign in to your account.

8. Our responsibility to you

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.

9. Shopify

This store runs on Shopify, which provides the website and checkout. Your purchase is made with Kingsland Records, not with Shopify, and Shopify isn't responsible for the sale.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place your order applies to that order.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you can also rely on the consumer protections of the place where you live and bring proceedings there.
