Mulatu Astatke and the Heliocentrics - Inspiration Information LP

Groundbreaking Ethiopian band leader Mulatu Astatke forges a new Ethio-jazz hybrid with the Heliocentrics (Stones Throw) for this brand new studio collaboration. This is an astonishing project - a remarkably fluent, expressive clash of Heliocentrics' gritty funk and spaced-out, avant-garde style with the earthy virtuoso grooves and effortless melodic panache of Astatke.
